Nicole Rolf
Nicole Killian Rolf brings over 35 years of comprehensive experience in the title insurance industry, with a distinguished track record across residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her career has spanned key roles at firms such as Alpha-Omega Title, First American Title, and First International Title, where she served as a Senior Closing Officer and Foreclosure Specialist. Nicole has overseen all facets of the title and closing process—from document preparation and escrow management to disbursements and post-closing resolution—ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient transactions for brokers, buyers, and institutional clients including FNMA.
As the former owner of General Title, Nicole managed operations, led staff, and maintained the financial health of the business while also handling closings and title examination. A licensed Florida Title Insurance Agent and Notary, she combines technical precision with strong client service, time management, and organizational skills. Nicole holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Hillsborough Community College and pursued additional coursework at the University of South Florida. She is an active member of Christ the King Church in Tampa and a graduate of the Academy of the Holy Names.
